Why Prices Rise When Prints Sell
The prices increase as an edition sells. You are guaranteed the best pricing when you acquire an image closer to its release. The most accurate pricing information will always be available on the website.
Shipping Information
European Union - We offer free standard shipping on unframed artwork and books for orders within the European Union. Framed artwork shipping within the European Union is also free. We reserve the right to additional charges for specific destinations or specific orders. Please email us with any questions regarding shipping for unframed or framed artwork.
Shipping International - Please email us for a shipping quote for locations outside of the European Union. Only unframed orders can be shipped outside of the European Union at this time.
Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping is offered upon request. Please email us for a quote. We urge our customers to ship to a business location if possible, as packages do not require a signature and cannot be left with a doorman at the time of delivery. LWimages AB will not be held responsible for the safety of your artwork once a delivery has been made.
Shipping Times
Unframed Prints - Unframed shipments take three to four weeks to arrive from the date the order is placed. Prints will be shipped in a tube.
Storage
Prints are not meant to be stored in a tube for extended periods of time. Handling works without proper care can increase the likelihood of fingerprints and kinks.
Framing
Your print is very fragile and should be taken directly to a professional framer.
Placement
When choosing where to put your new print, note that hanging it in a room with a lot of direct natural light could cause it to fade over time. We recommend UV protective and anti-reflective glass with your framing option.
Notes
Due to humidity and changes in temperature, it is common for prints to have waves when unrolling for the first time. We advise your framer to dry-mount the work on acid-free board using archival tissue and materials. This will ensure that your print will remain flat once framed.
Limited Edition Guarantee
To protect the integrity of your original artwork, all prints are part of a limited edition. Each image will not be duplicated beyond the amount noted on your print and the Certificate of Authenticity.
Certified Authentic
All limited edition prints are signed and numbered and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate ensures that your print is an original. Store it safe, preferably separate from the artwork.
Museum Quality Standard
We personally inspect each print to ensure it meets a museum-quality standard. Images are printed on thick, fiber-based paper with a hand-crafted texture and semi-gloss finish.

How does limited edition pricing work?
As the editions sell out for each artwork and fewer pieces are available, the price goes up on that image. The current prices are listed on the website.

Limited vs Special Edition Series?
We carefully select the number of prints offered of each image to protect your artwork’s long term identity. All limited edition photographs are signed by the artist and include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The COA will be mailed separately and should arrive prior to the artwork.
What edition number will I receive when I purchase a limited edition artwork?
When a limited edition artwork is purchased, the next available edition number is automatically selected and assigned to that purchase. If you are interested in what number in the edition is next available for a specific print, please e-mail shop@LWimages.com
How do you guarantee the quality and authenticity of your work?
All limited edition prints are printed in-house and inspected by Drew, as well as signed and numbered. Each print also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate of Authenticity ensures that your print is an original and should be stored somewhere safe, preferably separate from the artwork.
Customization
Are the sizes customizable? How big can you print?
Yes, we are always happy to accommodate specific sizes other than what appears on our website.
Can you crop an image?
We don’t crop or otherwise alter images to maintain the consistency and integrity of the edition.

Caring for Your Unframed Print
Your print is made of archival materials that will last a lifetime but it is still very fragile and should be taken directly to a framer. Do NOT handle your unframed print yourself. Also, prints are not meant to be stored in a tube for extended periods of time.

RETURNS & DAMAGE
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you have received the wrong print in error, please contact us so we may resolve the issue.
What if my artwork or frame is damaged when I receive it?
We take great care to ensure that all artwork purchases arrive safely. However, at times unfortunate things happen that are beyond our control and there’s a chance your order could arrive imperfect. In such cases, we require that any damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our shipment carrier and therefore cannot assume responsibility. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if there’s an issue, carefully follow these instructions:
1. When the shipment arrives, examine the outside of the box and please note any visible damage when you sign for it.
2. If damaged, take a picture of the outside of the box before you open it.
3. Open the package and take pictures of all damage points.
4. Send all photos and your contact information to shop@LWimages.com with the subject line “Damage – Order Nr.” Your order number can be found in our e-mail updates to you and on the packing slip which will be inside the box.
