'Saving Stories Trapped in Ice'
Feature Story

We are incredibly honoured to have 'Saving Stories Trapped in Ice' published as our first feature story in National Geographic magazine December issue.
For the past three years, we've worked with Ulrika Larsson on the idea that the history of our planet's climates and the history of humanity are written into the ice. This 8-page publication brings this critical story to a new and larger audience.

We owe a particular debt of gratitude to Prof. Dorthe Dahl-Jensen and Prof. Jørgen Peder Steffensen (and to all of their colleagues in Denmark and beyond) for giving us the opportunity and providing access to develop our own ideas about their work.
This story truly builds on the Danish/European decades-long legacy in climate research.
